Organizational Change Frameworks

This article discusses three different frameworks for managing organizational change: Kotter’s Eight-Step Process, General Electric’s Change Acceleration Process, and McKinsey’s 7-S Framework.

Each framework has its own strengths and weaknesses, and the best framework for a particular organization will depend on the specific circumstances.
