Hips & Pelvis Pose
This yoga pose is a great way to stretch your hips and pelvis. It also helps to open up your chest and abdomen.
To do the pose, start by standing with your feet about a leg’s-length apart. Turn your right foot out 90 degrees and your left foot slightly in, hips and chest facing forward. Inhale, stretch your arms straight out from the shoulders, palms down. Exhale, bend your right knee until it is directly over your ankle. Steady the pose and relax your breath.
